Job Summary:

The Florist is responsible for designing, creating, and arranging fresh or artificial flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily sales. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of flowers, colors, and arrangements to meet customer needs and maintain the company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and arrange bouquets, floral centerpieces, and decorations for events and daily customers.
  • Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers through proper care, trimming, and storage.
  • Assist customers in choosing suitable flowers and arrangements for their occasions.
  • Manage flower inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.
  • Decorate event venues, hotels, or restaurants with floral designs as required.
  • Ensure the work area, tools, and displays are clean and well-organized.
  • Handle wrapping, packaging, and presentation of floral products.
  • Stay updated on floral design trends and seasonal flower availability.

Qualifications:

  • Any nationality
  • Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer.
  • Strong creativity and an eye for color, balance, and design.
  • Knowledge of different flowers, their lifespan, and care requirements.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (especially during events and peak seasons).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if required.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2, QAR3,000.00 per month
