Major Responsibilities

  • Define project scope clearly and ensure alignment with all key stakeholders.

  • Plan and manage project timelines to avoid delays and ensure smooth execution.

  • Build and lead a skilled project team, assigning tasks and responsibilities effectively.

  • Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.

  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address challenges.

  • Communicate project updates to management and stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Prepare status reports and highlight priority issues requiring immediate attention.

  • Make timely decisions and adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure projects are executed according to company standards.

  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

  • Assist the direct supervisor with other duties related to the scope of project management.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.

  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.

Experience & Knowledge Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in project management.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Preferably experienced in the healthcare sector.

  • Strong knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and reporting tools.

  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.

Skills Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office applications.

  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Knowledge of budgeting, workflow planning, and resource allocation.

  • Strong risk management capabilities to identify issues and implement mitigation strategies.
