𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are seeking a dedicated Sports Academy ICT Applications & Performance Systems Specialist to manage and support the critical digital infrastructure underpinning our elite athletic and academic programs. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all ICT applications across sports education, sports science, training, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will provide expert support for learning management systems, biomechanics data platforms, and athlete monitoring technologies. Collaborating closely with coaches, educators, and sports scientists, you will be the key technical expert ensuring our data systems and platforms drive informed decision-making and optimal performance outcomes. This position is central to maintaining the academy's technological edge in athlete development.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Computer Science, or a related field.

▸ 3–7 years of experience delivering ICT services within sports academies, sports education institutions, or high-performance sports environments.

▸ Proven experience supporting sports education platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for athlete academic tracking.

▸ Demonstrated expertise in supporting sports science and biomechanics systems, including data capture and analysis platforms.

▸ Proficiency with sports training platforms and athlete monitoring systems (AMS).

▸ Experience with video analysis software and wearable performance technologies (e.g., GPS, heart rate monitors).

▸ Strong skills in data management, database administration, and creating performance reports or dashboards.

▸ Ability to produce clear technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Professional Experience In Qatar Or Another GCC Country.
▸ Certifications in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) or database management.

▸ Experience with specific performance analysis software such as Hudl, Catapult Vision, or similar platforms.

▸ Direct experience integrating data from various sports technology sources into a central system.

▸ Valid Qatar residency or transferable sponsorship.
