Role Purpose

The System Integrator Expert is responsible for the end-to-end integration, validation, and operational readiness of multi-vendor IT, network, application, and security platforms. This role ensures that all infrastructure components operate as a single, stable, secure, and compliant ecosystem in line with project requirements and acceptance criteria.

This position plays a critical role in readiness certification, live operations stability, and final acceptance certification (FAC).

Key Responsibilities

Integration & Architecture Governance

Design, manage, and govern integration architecture across network, cloud, security, data, and application platforms

Ensure interoperability of multi-vendor solutions (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft, VMware, AWS/Azure, etc.)

Validate system interfaces, APIs, data flows, and service dependencies

Deployment & Readiness Assurance

Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and operational readiness validation

Ensure configuration baselines, rollback plans, and failover mechanisms are in place

Certify infrastructure and application readiness for production/live environments

Operational Stability & Performance

Monitor end-to-end system health and performance

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for integration and service failures

Optimize system performance, availability, and fault tolerance

Security & Compliance

Enforce security architecture standards, compliance controls, and data protection requirements

Validate secure integrations, access control models, encryption mechanisms, and vulnerability remediation

Support cybersecurity audits and compliance validations

Risk & Issue Management

Identify integration risks, technical gaps, and performance bottlenecks

Drive corrective action plans and mitigation strategies

Manage escalations and coordinate resolution across vendors and teams

Documentation & Acceptance Certification

Prepare technical documentation, as-built architecture, and compliance reports

Support FAC readiness and acceptance certification activities

Maintain integration matrices, dependency maps, and configuration inventories

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 6+ years in system integration, infrastructure architecture, or enterprise IT environments

Strong experience with multi-vendor integration across network, cloud, security, and application platforms

Hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise networking and wireless

Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and identity services (AD/Azure AD)

Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and compliance frameworks

Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and performance optimization skills

Certifications (Required)

Cisco CCNP and CCIE

ITIL / PMP

Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, VMware)

Security certifications (CISSP, CEH, Security+)
