Job Title: Procurement Officer Location: Doha, Qatar Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week Job Summary: Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services to ensure timely and cost -effective procurement aligned with project and organizational requirements.Key Responsibilities:Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors as per project needsObtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedulesPrepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement proceduresCoordinate with project and site teams for material requirementsTrack and expedite deliveries to ensure timely availabilityMaintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor evaluationsEnsure all materials/services meet technical specifications and quality standardsLiaise with finance for invoice verification and payment processingQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or EngineeringMinimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in industrial projectsStrong negotiation, communication, and organizational skillsProficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement softwareKnowledge of local and international sourcing is an advantage
