Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Event Foreman to join our dynamic team. The role involves supervising and coordinating event setup and dismantling, managing on-site workers, and ensuring smooth execution of all technical and logistical aspects of each event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate event setup, installation, and dismantling activities.
  • Supervise event team, decorators, and logistics staff on-site.
  • Ensure all event elements (lighting, staging, seating, etc.) are installed according to plan.
  • Coordinate with event planners, production team, and suppliers for timely delivery and installation.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site to ensure event flow runs smoothly.
  • Manage tools, materials, and equipment used for setup.
  • Provide clear instructions and maintain a professional working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor, preferably in events, exhibitions, or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of event setup logistics, electrical, carpentry, and structural work is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings).
  • Valid Qatar ID, Driver's License and transferable visa preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
