Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Rent Agent to join our real estate team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting rental properties, connecting tenants with landlords, and closing deals efficiently. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate who are motivated by performance-based earnings.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential tenants and match them with suitable rental properties.

Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about listings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients.

Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.

Ensure all required documents, agreements, and payments are processed correctly.

Advertise available properties on real estate platforms and social media.

Stay updated on current rental market trends and pricing.

Meet monthly leasing and client satisfaction targets.


Requirements:

Previous experience in real estate or property leasing is an advantage.

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with the local rental market.

Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).

Transferable QID (for candidates in Qatar).


Compensation:

Purely commission-based — attractive commission on each successful rental deal.

Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
