Your Opportunity

Your primary role is to act as a Brand Ambassador for
Armonico Italy
, offering every client a unique, tailored, and premium experience. You will transform their desire for quality into the perfect Armonico Italy creation. You will make a real difference by building authentic, long-term relationships with clients, sharing your deep knowledge and passion for Italian materials, artistry, and accessories.

How You Will Contribute

• Sales Performance:
  Drive and achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including personal sales targets, conversion rate, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and client outreach objectives.
• Client Relationship Management (Clienteling):
  Proactively engage with new and existing clients to build and nurture long-term relationships, utilizing advanced clienteling tools and techniques to cultivate brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Product Expertise:
  Become an authority on all
  Armonico Italy
  products, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of leather types, material sourcing, Italian manufacturing techniques, design inspiration, and product care.
• Customer Experience:
  Deliver world-class service that meets the high standards of luxury retail, anticipating client needs, providing styling advice, and resolving requests with professionalism and grace.
• Store Operations Support:
  Support the smooth running of the boutique by assisting the back-of-house team with inventory management, cycle counts, visual merchandising displays, and maintaining the flawless presentation of the sales floor.
• Training & Development:
  Participate actively in all ongoing product knowledge and luxury sales training modules, ensuring continuous mastery of product lines and service protocols.

Who You Are

• Experience:
  Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or a premium client-facing environment is highly advantageous.
• Brand Ambassador:
  A genuine enthusiasm for Italian heritage, craftsmanship, and leather goods, with a deep commitment to representing the

• Results-Oriented:
  A highly motivated team player focused on achieving store targets and individual KPIs through proactive sales techniques.
