Position : Nurse

Location : Site Base

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administer first aid treatment and basic life support for injuries, illnesses, and accidents occurring on site.
  • Keep accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of all medical cases, treatments, and medications dispensed.
  • Perform daily or scheduled health monitoring of workers, including temperature checks, blood pressure monitoring, and other basic health assessments.
  • Respond promptly to workplace incidents and assist in emergency medical evacuation procedures when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinic, ensuring medical supplies and equipment are serviceable and within expiry dates.
  • Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and ambulance services for referrals, further treatment, or emergency transfers.
  • Conduct awareness sessions and toolbox talks on hygiene, hydration, heat stress prevention, and other health-related topics.
  • Support pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical examinations in coordination with approved medical providers.
  • Collaborate with the HSE team in health-related programs such as heat stress campaigns, wellness checks, and vaccination drives.
  • Provide periodic reports to management on common site illnesses or injuries to help identify preventive measures.
  • Any other related duties assigned by the HOD to ensure the overall success of the business.
