ERP Functional Consultant

The ERP Functional Analyst plays a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and our ERP system. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into actionable configurations within the ERP system, and provide ongoing support to users. Your responsibilities encompass the entire ERP system lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.

We are looking for someone with expertise in Oracle Fusion, preferably with a strong background in Supply Chain and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in optimizing business processes through Oracle Fusion and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure seamless ERP performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT Infrastructure team in delivering high-quality IT services that meet business unit needs within budget, time, and quality constraints, adhering to established IT standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Partner with process owners and management to identify opportunities for improving business processes through the ERP system.
• Work closely with key business users to map their processes against functionalities within the [Company's ERP System] (if applicable).
• Conduct data analysis and maintenance in collaboration with the IT team to ensure data integrity within the ERP system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported ERP issues, providing timely solutions.
• Offer daily support to ERP users across various departments within the company.
• Develop test scripts and user acceptance testing (UAT) documentation to facilitate user training and system validation.
• Configure ERP modules, ensuring successful integration and migration of functionalities and data.
• Analyze and model business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures using relevant tools and techniques.
• Implement dashboards and generate reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial/analytical reports.
• Configure system administration tasks, including menus, functions, user permissions, and access controls.
• Collaborate with the technical team on data mapping, report formats, back-end data integrity checks, and query development for data retrieval and verification.
• Provide feedback to users on enhancement requests and develop functional solutions to meet specific requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT project management practices within the ERP domain.
• Liaise with external partners and business users during software updates and application upgrades.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business users and stakeholders across departments.
• Provide technical assistance and training to users on the ERP system as needed.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (preferred).
• 5+ years' experience with ERP system implementations, including experience with Oracle Fusion System.
• In-depth understanding of core ERP functionalities, with a focus on the Oracle platform (Fusion).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL queries).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions through effective collaboration.

Required Certifications (Preferred):

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
