About the Role

Arkan Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency in Doha focused on storytelling, short-form video, brand strategy, and creative social media content.

We're looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support campaign execution, content planning, and day-to-day marketing operations for both Arkan and our clients. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating with the creative team, managing content calendars, tracking performance, and helping campaigns run smoothly from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.

* Prepare captions, briefs, and content outlines based on trends, insights, and brand strategy.

* Monitor social media channels, gather analytics, and prepare performance reports.

* Support brand development projects, presentations, and client communication.

* Support research on trends, competitors, and audience behaviors.

* Maintain consistency with brand identity, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.

* Manage and update content calendars to ensure steady posting and alignment with strategy.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or campaign execution.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, etc.).

Experience in agencies or working with creative teams is a plus.

Must be based in Qatar and available to work on-site.
