Role Overview

We're seeking a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to lead our pastry program. You'll be responsible for crafting high-quality pastries and cakes that elevate the customer experience and reflect our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a rotating menu of pastries, cakes, and baked goods
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
  • Collaborate with the barista team to create coffee-pairing experiences
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Monitor inventory and manage ordering of ingredients
  • Stay current with pastry trends and innovate accordingly

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker (minimum 3 years)
  • Expertise in European-style pastries, cakes, and modern baking techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and artistic flair
  • Ability to work early mornings and weekends
  • Food safety certification is a plus
  • Passion for coffee culture and customer satisfaction
  • Must be willing to join immediately with valid Qatar ID
