Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Technical / Executive Assistant to join our team In this role you will perform technical and administrative support activities for a senior-level executive.

In this role you will be required to assist and support one of the Company's Senior Executives in various tasks including but not limited to:

  • Administration including coordination with other Company departments;
  • Correspondence following up with internal and external stakeholders, including maintaining all required correspondence logs and registers;
  • Attending meetings including the preparation of minutes of meetings;
  • Management if the Senior Executive's schedule;
  • Etc.

You will also be required to provide ad-hoc support for all project related matters, including preparation of presentations and dashboards for meetings at Executive level.

You will be able to prepare formal correspondence and presentations in both English and Arabic.

You will report directly to the Company's Executive.

You will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Fluent in Arabic both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written.
  • Previous experience in communicating with Government Entities.
  • Previous experience in assisting Company's Executives.
  • Excellent knowledge of all the latest Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.
  • Experience in utilizing Aconex is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a very dynamic environment with challenging milestones and diverse duties.
