  • Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment plan, and follow-up care instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, care plans, and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
  • Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy while promoting a professional and supportive environment.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, care planning, and departmental meetings.
  • Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Stay updated on best practices, guidelines, and continuing education relevant to outpatient care.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Valid nursing license and registration with the local health authority.
  • Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient nursing or relevant clinical setting.
