Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate mechanical cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tenders and live projects
  • Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
  • Evaluate project requirements and perform detailed material take-offs
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams for pricing, technical clarifications, and supplier inputs
  • Support timely and compliant tender submissions under tight deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimation Engineer (MEP projects preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems
  • Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
  • Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage
