We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee high-end fitout projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Manage all aspects of fitout projects from inception to completion, including design coordination, procurement, and construction
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
• Oversee contract administration and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 18 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale fit out projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies, budgeting, and cost control
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, MEP systems, and fitout techniques
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite
• Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Qatar
• Familiarity with LEED or other green building standards is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
