Job Summary:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for handling all government-related transactions and documentation for the company and its employees in compliance with Qatari labor laws and regulations. The PRO acts as the main liaison between the company and government authorities such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration Department, Traffic Department, Municipality, and other official bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and transfers for employees and dependents.
  • Coordinate with the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, and other government departments for processing company and employee documents.
  • Manage and renew company trade licenses, CR (Commercial Registration), computer cards, and establishment IDs.
  • Submit online applications and follow up on approvals through relevant government portals (e.g., Hukoomi, ADLSA, MOI).
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employees' legal documents (passports, QIDs, visas, etc.) and ensure timely renewals.
  • Represent the company at government offices, ministries, and embassies when required.
  • Support HR and management in ensuring compliance with Qatar Labour Law and local regulations.
  • Draft, type, and submit official letters and applications in Arabic and English when necessary.
  • Assist in organizing and renewing insurance, company vehicles, and other government-related registrations.
  • Keep management informed of changes in government procedures or new regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a PRO or similar role in Qatar (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and immigration processes.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Valid Qatar driving license (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple government tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: QAR4, QAR5,000.00 per month
