About the role

As a Data Analyst in MRO Operational Support Center, you will be responsible to carry out technical data analysis by refining data into meaningful statistics and information, including developing overall summarized analysis and reports to enable management review and facilitate any decision making in support of the MRO Maintenance / Heavy Maintenance. (as applicable to the relative cost center).

Operational Accountabilities;

Heavy Maintenance Control Center

• Extract, compile and archive various administrative data for Heavy Maintenance such as overtime, deployment and booked man-hours etc.
• Support Heavy Maintenance department for TRAX/AMOS/ERP related issues (e.g. Man-hours capturing, NRC creation, Spares picklists and Requisition etc.) and coordinate with concerned sections.
• Prepare Heavy Maintenance and Workshops capitalization monthly report in collaboration with the Finance department and Heavy Maintenance Management.
• Manage and update Heavy Maintenance and Workshops SharePoint site to enable Base Maintenance stakeholders to collate their current KPI status and producing regular reports via Excel and/or Power BI.
• Coordinate with Workshops, Engine Shop, Technical GSE and Cabin Appearance to get the necessary administrative data and information for the Heavy Maintenance Management.
• Analyze various Heavy Maintenance data using the TRAX data, Power BI etc. and highlight the issues/variations to the Heavy Maintenance Management.
• Support Heavy Maintenance Management to create the required dashboards/reports using Power Bi or other suitable tools.
• Manage and update Heavy Maintenance and Workshops Power Bi Dashboards.
• Support Senior Planning Engineer with Demand and Capacity analysis.
• Support Senior Planning Engineer for Long term resource planning. HMP Manpower Mapping & HMP Visual Mapping Tasks.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

• Support Senior Planning Engineer with Demand and Capacity analysis.
• Support Senior Planning Engineer for short term resource planning. Manpower Mapping & Visual Mapping Tasks.
• Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the department.

• High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
• Prior experience in similar capacity.
• Must be from Aircraft Maintenance related back ground with knowledge of Aircraft MRO process.
• Strong skills in MS office, Computer applications and software.
• Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance fundamentals.
• Knowledge of using Aircraft Maintenance Data and exploring AMM and related documents.
• Very good understanding of the Aircraft MRO process and the department functions.
• Ability to communicate and understand in a multi cultured environment.
