• Supervise and lead the instrumentation team in performing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on plant instrumentation and control systems.

• Plan, assign, and monitor daily maintenance tasks related to field instruments (pressure, flow, level, temperature sensors), analyzers (pH, ORP, DO), actuated valves, and control panels.

• Ensure all instrumentation is calibrated, tested, and maintained in accordance with OEM specifications and plant standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLCs, SCADA systems, and process automation devices.

• Review maintenance reports, calibration logs, loop diagrams, and system schematics.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures during maintenance activities.

• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and operations teams for integrated plant maintenance.

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of instrumentation systems and automation projects.

• Identify spare part requirements, manage inventory, and initiate procurement of essential tools and components.

• Train and mentor junior technicians and foremen in instrumentation best practices.

• Report maintenance performance, issues, and improvement recommendations to the Maintenance Manager or Instrumentation Engineer.

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 6–10 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in sewage or water treatment plants.

• Technical Skills:
In -depth knowledge of field instrumentation and process control systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs, loop diagrams, and technical manuals.
Hands -on experience with PLCs, SCADA/DCS systems, and industrial automation.
Skilled in calibration, signal testing, and diagnostics of instruments.
