Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: QAR 1,800 + QAR 300 (Food Allowance)

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and operate the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP)
  • Handle fire alarm activations, incidents, and false alarms in accordance with approved procedures
  • Maintain continuous monitoring of fire alarm systems to ensure safety and compliance
  • Operate and monitor MIMIC panels with basic functional understanding
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of fire alarm systems and report faults promptly
  • Escalate alarms, faults, and emergencies to the concerned teams and authorities as per protocol
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports related to alarm events and system status
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams during system faults, testing, or emergency situations
  • Follow all safety procedures, operational guidelines, and company policies at all times

Systems Knowledge (Preferred)

  • Experience with SIMPLEX Fire Alarm Systems
  • Familiarity with fire alarm panels, MIMIC panels, and emergency response procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Control Room Operator or in a similar role
  • At least 2 years of Gulf experience is mandatory
  • Basic technical knowledge of fire alarm systems and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations calmly
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
