MEP Engineer

Job Summary:

Responsible for designing, supervising, and maintaining all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, review, and oversee MEP systems and maintenance activities.
  • Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and system performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with QCS, Kahramaa, Civil Defense, and Ashghal standards.
  • Prepare technical reports and recommendations for upgrades.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Support budgeting, procurement, and cost estimation.
  • Guide supervisors and technicians; implement energy-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in FM, construction, or building services.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills.
