We are hiring for an experienced Senior Florist for Moyses Stevens, Qatar.

Job Description:

Plant maintenance and able to give advice to customers Extensive knowledge of flower names and varieties Able to use all systems such as till and DetrackCash handling and use of PDQ machineCompliance with all company policies and procedures at all times Working within a team Ability to send a clear and cohesive email Serving Customers  Clear understanding of the company structure Ability to make decisions in the absence of a Line Manager Flower and Plant ordering Ability to embrace and execute all styles and areas of floristry Production speed of a minimum of 4 bouquets per hour Attendance and assistance on offsite installations Work alone offsite (eg, corporate and client home installations)
Skills
Training new staffEnd of week reporting (petty cash, budgets etc)Preparation of mood boards and quotations Planning designs and installations Clear understanding of the company structure Ability to make decisions in the absence of a Direct Manager Ordering of flowers and sundries within budgetRotaCloud ManagementBudget ManagementReporting directly to Area Manger concerning staff issues
