Deenscorp Royale is seeking an experienced Freelance Trainer to deliver a four-day professional training programme on Optimising the Internal Audit Function. The programme is scheduled to take place 19–22 January 2026 in Doha, Qatar.

The course focuses on strengthening internal audit practice, improving governance structures, and aligning internal audit procedures with organisational strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

The selected trainer will be expected to deliver a structured training programme covering:

The role and function of the Internal Audit Department in organisational governance.

The internal audit process, including planning, documentation, communication and reporting.

Understanding and managing different audit types and associated audit risks.

Managing internal audit examinations and ensuring audit credibility, transparency and effectiveness.

Conducting audit exit conferences, presenting findings professionally, and guiding audit follow-up reviews.

The trainer will also engage delegates through discussions, case studies, practical exercises, and real-world internal audit scenarios.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, methodologies and regulatory expectations.

Proven experience conducting or managing internal audit functions within organisations.

Ability to explain complex audit processes clearly to mixed professional audiences.

Relevant professional qualification(s) such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, CISA, CIMA or equivalent.

Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience delivering professional training programmes.

Experience training in international or multicultural contexts is an advantage.

Pay Range

Compensation will be based on experience, professional qualifications, and delivery background.
