We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating large-format digital printing machines and a good understanding of Adobe Illustrator and related design software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain large-format digital printing machines (e.g., Roland, Mimaki, HP, etc.)
  • Prepare artwork and print files using Adobe Illustrator and other design tools
  • Perform color calibration, material setup, and daily machine maintenance
  • Handle media such as vinyl, flex, fabric, and paper for indoor and outdoor applications
  • Ensure print quality and finishing standards are met
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams for smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or large-format printing
  • Strong knowledge of Illustrator (basic design editing and file setup)
  • Familiarity with cutting, lamination, and finishing processes
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
