Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Producer located in Doha, Qatar. The Assistant Producer will support the production team by managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and assisting in the planning and execution of events. The responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring productions meet deadlines, assisting with creative direction during production, and handling post-production tasks. Collaboration with multiple teams to maintain high-quality deliverables is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in organization, project management, and time management
- Experience in events planning and management
- Familiarity with photo and video production processes
- Proficiency in communication, digital solutions, and media production tools
- Creative problem-solving and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills for collaboration with clients and teams
- Prior experience in the media or production industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, or a related field
