The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of electrical technicians and electricians on site. The role involves ensuring all electrical installations, maintenance, and repair activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electrical teams on site.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor the work of electricians and helpers.
  • Inspect electrical installations and troubleshoot issues as required.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
  • Manage the installation of wiring, conduit, panels, lighting, and other electrical components.
  • Ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and manpower allocation.
  • Enforce company safety rules and regulations; conduct toolbox meetings.
  • Liaise with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and report any potential design or safety issues to management.
  • Assist in preparing material requests and work schedules.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Kahramaa License is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical supervision (construction, MEP, or industrial projects preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, LV/MV panels, cabling, and installations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and electrical codes (e.g., IEC, NEC, or local authority standards).
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
