Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer B.V. is seeking a Production Quality Engineer who will work with senior management of the global production operations in establishing quality-focus teams, mandating standard practices of quality principles and will attend to the oversight responsibility to all global operations sites and cross-functional departments. This position will be located in the EMEA headquarters in 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide production data analysis to identify quality issues for improvement
  • Monitor PCBA CM quality and discuss with cross functional teams to improve product quality
  • Reponse to Customer's question about audit or quality issue
  • Assist PCBA IQC team to handle quality issue
  • Continually develop knowledge base of current and new products
  • Review and abide by all Company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook
  • Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in the reqired fields or equivalent
  • 3-5 years or more of relevant hands-on experience in electronic and computer products, and quality management systems in the computer industry
  • Experience in computer/storage server or data center industry will be a plus
  • Working knowledge and prior experience in system integration business
  • Enthusiastic, creative and persistent to serve the company
  • Prior experience in supplier quality control and management
  • Have excellent communication and analytical skills in problem solving. MS Excel spreadsheet functioning knowledge and skills will be a strong plus
  • Excellent writing style and demonstrated expertise in compiling procedures and documents
  • Have valid work permit
