Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the full operations of GramLean. The Manager will report directly to the Owner and will be responsible for daily operations, team management, customer experience, financial control, and overall performance of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all aspects of operations, including but not limited to:

Operations & Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations (takeaway, delivery, and meal subscriptions)
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house, kitchen, and delivery platforms
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety

Staff Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 8–15 staff members
  • Coordinate closely with the Head Chef
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new employees
  • Enforce company policies and discipline when required

Customer Experience

  • Ensure excellent customer service across all channels
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery
  • Maintain a strong brand image aligned with GramLean's healthy lifestyle identity

Financial & Inventory Control

  • Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and basic financial tracking
  • Monitor food costs, labor costs, and waste control
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Support promotions, meal plans, and subscription programs
  • Coordinate with the owner on marketing initiatives and operational improvements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in healthy, diet, or wellness-focused food concepts
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Experience managing full restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and POS systems
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Highly organized, reliable, and owner-oriented mindset
