Role Purpose:

  • To lead legal advisory efforts for PPP project delivery, including drafting of bid documents and PPP agreements, legal due diligence, and risk mitigation. The role ensures legal compliance and supports the transaction lifecycle from procurement to contract finalization.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake legal due diligence and assess the applicable legal framework.
  • Analyze relevant sector and environmental legislation and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across project phases.
  • Draft legal sections of bidding documents, including RFQ, RFP, and PPP agreements.
  • Support the development of scoring methodologies for legal evaluations.
  • Review and respond to legal clarifications from bidders.
  • Provide legal input to evaluation reports and negotiation strategies.
  • Review and advise on mark-ups to PPP agreements.
  • Support and participate in negotiations with preferred bidders.
  • Lead compilation of the final PPP agreement, coordinating with internal departments and external parties.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: QAR28,000.00 per month
