About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a strong background in digital transformation and a deep understanding of asset-heavy industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, or utilities. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in complex environments and can drive product innovation through agile methodologies and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals and industry trends.

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, operations, and business units.

  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure product-market fit.

Agile Product Development:

  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of product features.

  • Prioritize backlogs and manage sprint planning in collaboration with engineering teams.

Business Analysis & Market Insight:

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product decisions.

  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.

AI-Enabled Solutions:

  • Work closely with data and AI teams to explore and integrate AI-driven capabilities into products.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and their applicability to asset-heavy industry challenges.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 10+ years in the digital industry.

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager with a proven track record of successful product launches.

  • 3+ years of experience in asset-heavy industries (e.g., oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Deep understanding of business analysis and translating insights into product features.

  • Ability to ensure strategic alignment across teams and initiatives.

  • Exposure to AI-enabled solutions and data-driven product development is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy.
