ICV Specialist

We are looking for a qualified and experienced ICV Specialist to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling In-Country Value (ICV) requirements, submissions, certifications, and coordination with vendors and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit ICV templates and related documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for collecting ICV certificates and required supporting documents.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance with Qatar's ICV guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of ICV data, supplier performance, and reporting.
• Liaise with auditors and authorities for ICV verification and certification.
• Support procurement team in evaluating ICV impact on vendor selection.
• Ensure timely updates and implementation of new ICV regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with ICV (Qatar) processes.
• Strong knowledge of ICV templates, calculations, and submission requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
• Ability to handle deadlines and multitask.
• Candidates currently based in Qatar preferred.
