Job Title: Security Guard

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will monitor activities, control access, and respond promptly to security incidents while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access

  • Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles

  • Verify identification and maintain visitor logs

  • Observe and report suspicious activities or security breaches

  • Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents in a calm and effective manner

  • Enforce company policies, safety rules, and security procedures

  • Coordinate with management and emergency services when necessary

  • Maintain accurate security reports and incident records

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role

  • Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods

  • Good observation and communication skills

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Trustworthy, disciplined, and professional

  • Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid security guard license or certification (if required by law)

  • First Aid or CPR training

  • Experience in corporate, residential, or commercial security settings

Work Schedule:

Full-time (shift-based as required)
