CCTV Foreman

The Taleb Group of Companies in Doha, Qatar is now hiring for CCTV Foreman job position.

Job Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: negotiable - based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise CCTV installation teams, ensuring proper task allocation and time management.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and IT departments for route clearances and system integration.
• Ensure proper manpower, tools, and materials are available for daily work.
• Oversee installation of conduits, trunking, cable trays, junction boxes, and other supports for CCTV.
• Supervise cable pulling, routing, dressing, and termination for coaxial, Cat6, and fiber optic cables.
• Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and identification of cables and equipment. Monitor structural fixing and support installations to maintain neatness and accessibility.
• Supervise installation and alignment of CCTV cameras (IP/Analog), NVRs, DVRs, monitors, and related accessories.
• Verify mounting methods for poles, brackets, housings, and camera supports.
• Ensure configuration and connectivity testing between cameras, switches, and recording units.
• · Support engineers in testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
• Ensure all installations meet approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks for cabling and structural installations.
• Maintain daily progress reports, work inspection requests (WIRS), and material tracking logs.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and updating red-marked drawings.
• Enforce site safety regulations and ensure the use of proper PPE.
• Identify and report potential hazards related to cable routing or elevated work.
• Ensure scaffolding, ladders, and lifting tools are used safely and correctly.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.
• With experience in CCTV/ELV installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, conduit systems, and CCTV technologies (IP, Analog, Hybrid).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, cable schedules, and layout drawings. Familiar with tools, materials, and installation techniques for cable pulling and containment systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site work procedures.
• Experience with leading CCTV brands (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch, etc.) is an advantage.
• Must be able to work at height and in outdoor or construction environments. Valid driver's license for Pick up is an advantage.
