We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Officer with a proven track record in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with bulk hiring across Commercial and BFSI industries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Execute bulk hiring strategies to meet high-volume staffing needs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and labor regulations.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to attract top talent.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on hiring trends in Commercial and BFSI sectors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Strong local market network.
  • Demonstrated experience in bulk hiring.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Immediate availability to join.
  • Valid QID and NOC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4, QAR4,500.00 per month
