Monitor stock levels, identify best-selling and slow-moving items, and develop strategies to optimize sales.

Ensure compliance with company policies, including cash handling, personnel practices, and record-keeping.

Coach, mentor, and train store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.

Oversee health, safety, and compliance policies, raising concerns when necessary.

Manage administrative processes such as stockroom operations, cash management, and inventory audits.

Provide analytical insights to Operations, Buying, and Planning teams regarding product mix, pricing, and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree or diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

4 5 years of industry experience with proven managerial background in retail.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills with ability to identify critical business paths.

Excellent customer service orientation and ability to guide teams to meet diverse customer needs.

Demonstrated success in maximizing business performance and delivering results.
