Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Telecommunications Engineer/Electrical Supervisor based in Ras Laffan. The role involves overseeing telecommunications system setups, executing network designs, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support for various systems, including Voice over IP (VoIP). Coordination with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the maintenance of operational standards are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Telecommunications Systems, Network Design, and Voice over IP (VoIP)
  • Skilled in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in supervising and maintaining telecommunications or electrical projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in oil and gas operations is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work on-site in Ras Laffan and manage contract-based projects
