Job Description:

A luxury 5-star resort in Qatar is seeking an experienced and friendly Waitress/Waiter to join its F&B team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take guest orders, ensure accuracy, and deliver food and beverages promptly

• Provide a welcoming and professional service to guests at all times

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

• Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer inquiries about the menu

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service

• Handle guest complaints or requests and escalate when necessary

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or F&B roles

• Arabic-speaking is a plus, but non-Arabic speakers and Russian-speaking candidates are welcome to apply

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a team and a fast-paced environment

• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
