Assets Group is seeking a seasoned Treasury Manager to lead and optimize our financial operations in Doha. This strategic role supports our hospitality and real estate ventures across the GCC, ensuring robust liquidity, risk management, and banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage daily cash flow, banking operations, and liquidity planning


• Oversee FX exposure, hedging strategies, and short-term investments


• Monitor working capital and ensure optimal fund utilization


• Lead treasury reporting, forecasting, and compliance with internal controls


• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and executive teams on strategic initiatives

Requirements:


• 7+ years of experience in treasury or corporate finance


• Strong grasp of cash flow modeling, financial instruments, and GCC banking systems


• Professional fluency in English; Arabic is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA, CTP, or MBA preferred)


• Experience in hospitality or real estate sectors is an advantage
