Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in motion graphics, 2D and 3D animation, and AI-powered animation tools. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality visuals, videos, and animated content that elevate brand communication and support a wide range of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Motion Graphics

  • Develop motion graphic videos, animated explainers, and visually engaging digital assets.
  • Create 2D and 3D animations for brand campaigns, social media, advertising, and corporate presentations.
  • Use AI animation tools to generate advanced visual content and enhance workflow efficiency.

Graphic Design

  • Produce high-quality designs across social media, branding, advertising, and print.
  • Work closely with art directors and content teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.

AI-Driven Production

  • Utilize AI software for animation, scene creation, character movement, and visual enhancement.
  • Experiment with new AI tools to improve creative output and reduce production time.
  • Provide recommendations and best practices for integrating AI into the creative process.

Content Planning & Execution

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
  • Prepare storyboards, design frames, and visual concepts for approval.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.

Technical Production

  • Handle lighting, texturing, modeling, and rendering for 3D animations.
  • Edit videos with smooth transitions, sound effects, and dynamic motion.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet performance specifications for social media platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in motion graphics and animation (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong background in 2D animation, 3D modeling, and rendering.
  • Hands-on experience with AI animation tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Stability, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere), Blender, Cinema4D, or Maya.
  • Strong understanding of social media content creation and trends.
  • Excellent portfolio showcasing motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and AI-powered work.
