We are seeking a Senior Interior Architect with a strong background in developing detailed design packages for high-rise buildings to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within engineering consultancy environments, coordinating closely with structural, MEP, and façade teams to deliver fully integrated interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the detailed design development of interior spaces for high-rise and mixed-use projects, from concept to construction documentation.
  • Produce comprehensive interior detailing, technical drawings, and material specifications that align with architectural intent and engineering constraints.
  • Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP engineers to ensure seamless design integration and technical feasibility.
  • Manage and review shop drawings, mock-ups, and submittals during construction stages.
  • Mentor and guide junior interior designers and architects in technical detailing and documentation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire & life safety requirements, and international standards.
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and client presentations as a senior representative of the interior architecture discipline.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in an engineering consultancy or multidisciplinary design firm.
  • Proven experience in high-rise residential, hospitality, or commercial tower projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of detailing complex interiors, joinery systems, finishes, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • MMUP accredited is preferred.
