Our client, a leading construction company in Qatar, is seeking experienced Lifting Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry.

Job Title: Lifting Supervisor

Location: Qatar

Contract Type: 12 Months (Renewable)

Industry: Civil Construction

Required Nos: 8

Basic Salary: QAR 5,000 – 5,500 (Based on experience and skills)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduation / ITI + 5 Days Third Party Training (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor in civil construction projects
• Middle East experience is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is required
• Must attach all relevant certificates.

Mandatory Experience:

• 5 years' experience as a Lifting Supervisor
• 5 Days Third Party Training Certificate

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lift plans in coordination with crane operators, riggers, and signalmen.
• Supervise and ensure all lifting operations are conducted safely in accordance with the Lifting Plan.
• Assess heavy and critical lifting operations, ensuring the correct cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories are selected and safely operated.
• Conduct safety briefings for all lifting team members before commencement of work.
• Inspect and maintain lifting equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation including lift plans, risk assessments, and inspection records.
• Liaise with Site In-Charge and Supervisors to ensure proper maintenance and operation of lifting systems and procedures.
• Ensure ground conditions are safe for mobile crane operations and take corrective measures when unsafe conditions are identified.

Additional Information:

• Candidates must attend a client interview for official approval.
• As lifting operations are considered high-risk activities, only competent and safety-conscious personnel will be shortlisted.
