experienced Specialist & GP Doctors
across multiple medical disciplines to deliver

currently residing in Gulf countries
and are committed to international clinical standards, excellence in patient experience, and ethical medical practice.

Open Doctor Specializations (Single Consolidated Role)

We are hiring
licensed doctors
across the following
specializations under one unified recruitment drive
:

• GP – Gynaecologist (Women's Health)
• Dermatologist (Medical / Aesthetic / Cosmetic)
• ENT Specialist (Otolaryngologist)
• Endocrinologist
• Orthopaedic Specialist
• ICU / Critical Care Physician

All roles are
full-time, hospital-based positions
within a
luxury private healthcare setting
.

Role Overview

Doctors will be responsible for delivering
high-quality, ethical, and patient-focused medical care
, aligned with Qatar's healthcare regulations and international best practices.

The hospital caters to a
premium patient demographic
, requiring strong clinical competence along with exceptional communication and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities (Applicable Across Specializations)

• Provide accurate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care within your licensed scope.
• Deliver
  patient-centred consultations
  with emphasis on quality, safety, and comfort.
• Maintain
  accurate medical documentation
  and compliance with hospital and MOPH standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and clinical governance protocols.
• Contribute to a
  high-end patient experience
  expected in a luxury hospital environment.

Additional GP – Gynaecologist Focus

• Women's health consultations, routine gynaecological exams, fertility counselling.
• Management of PCOS, menstrual disorders, menopausal care, antenatal follow-ups.
• Arabic-speaking patient consultations are a core requirement.

Mandatory Qualifications & Eligibility

• MBBS / MD / MS / DNB / DM or equivalent
  from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid QCHP License OR Eligibility for QCHP Licensing – Mandatory (Non-Negotiable).
• Minimum 2–3 years of post-qualification experience
• (Some senior roles may require higher experience as per specialty norms).
• Currently residing in Gulf countries only
  (Qatar, UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait).
• Strong clinical judgment, ethics, and patient-care orientation.

Language Requirements

• Arabic is mandatory
  for:
• GP – Gynaecologist
• Dermatologist
• ICU Doctor
• English proficiency required for all roles.
• Multilingual ability is an advantage.

Experience Preferences

• Prior experience in
  private, premium, or luxury hospital settings
  preferred.
• GCC experience is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to international clinical protocols and patient service standards.
