Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology
    or related field
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of
    network systems, communication protocols, and diagnostic tools
  • CCNP/CCIE certified
  • Hands-on experience in deploying MPLS solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Visio and Excel
    for documentation
  • Experienced in working under a formal framework (
    ITIL processes
    )

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior technical network solutions across
    LAN, Data Center, and WAN
    environments
  • Advanced expertise in
    TCP/IP, MPLS, CEF, L3VPN, L2VPN, VRF, Route Map, GRE, DMVPN, L2/L3 switching, LAN, STP
  • Must have knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VDC, vPC, and FabricPath
  • Configure and maintain devices including Cisco ASR 9K, Nexus 5k/7k, Catalyst 6500/7600, ASA, Aruba, and Cisco WLC
  • Troubleshoot complex data, voice, and video network
    and hardware issues
  • Work with
    LAN/WAN topologies
    including MPLS and point-to-point private lines
  • Ensure
    technical compatibility
    of customer requirements with products and services offered
