Plumber

Prime Z Facility Management W.L.L is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across the property, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and building codes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and equipment (e.g., sinks, toilets, water heaters)
  • Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, damage, or wear and perform necessary repairs
  • Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout of plumbing systems
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls
  • Test plumbing systems for proper operation using pressure gauges and other tools
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or plumbing certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing maintenance or installation
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
  • Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1, QAR2,000.00 per month
