Hiring an Internal Medicine Specialist . As an Internal Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating illnesses and diseases related to internal organs. .

Responsibilities
  • Examining patients to diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and conditions related to internal organs.
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as bloodwork, X-rays, and MRIs.
  • Developing treatment plans that may include medication, therapy or other lifestyle changes.
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and surgeons, to provide quality healthcare.
  • Maintaining accurate, detailed medical records.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Building relationships with patients and their families to promote patient wellbeing.
Requirements
  • A Master Medical degree and completion of a residency in Internal Medicine.
  • A valid, unrestricted license to practice as an Internal Medicine Specialist.
  • Excellent diagnostic and assessment skills, along with a strong understanding of medical practices, procedures, and terminology.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic procedures including the use of X-rays, CT scans, and MRI's.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment while demonstrating compassion and empathy to patients and their families.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
