Job Description – QA/QC Painting & Coating Inspector

Location: Qatar

Experience Required: 10+ years

Industry: Oil & Gas

Preference: Immediate joiner

Position Summary

We are hiring a skilled QA/QC Painting & Coating Inspector to handle coating inspections, surface preparation, and quality documentation for Oil & Gas projects in Qatar.

Responsibilities

· Inspect surface preparation, blasting, coating application, DFT checks, and curing.

· Review paint materials, batch certificates, and manufacturer data sheets.

· Prepare inspection reports, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, and maintain QA/QC records.

· Monitor environmental conditions during blasting and coating activities.

· Ensure full compliance with international standards (SSPC, NACE/AMPP, ISO).

· Coordinate with contractors, clients, and QC teams for inspection schedules.

· Support QA/QC management during audits and quality reviews.

· Follow safety procedures during painting and blasting operations

Requirements

· Minimum 10 years' experience in QA/QC Painting & Coating roles in Oil & Gas.

· Certification: NACE Level 2/3 or BGAS Grade 2/3 (mandatory).

· Strong understanding of SSPC, ISO, and coating inspection techniques.

· Good communication, reporting, and document control skills.

· Immediate joiners preferred.

· Must be available in Qatar with valid documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR7,500.00 per month
