Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Architect located in Doha, Qatar. The Lead Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design process, leading project teams, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and functional design solutions. Daily tasks include project management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the integration of architectural components with other disciplines. The role also involves client engagement and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Strong Project Management skills for overseeing design and construction phases
  • Experience in Software Development and Integration related to architectural projects
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and lead teams effectively
  • Proficiency in architectural software and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and MEP services is an advantage
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Professional licensure or certification in Architecture is preferred
