Capital Projects & Construction practice (Manager/Senior Manager), based in QatarAbout the Company & the RoleOur client is a leadingGlobal Business Consulting firmwith presence in 70+ countries across multiple domains. We are seeking aManager / Senior Managerlevel professional to driveCapital Projects & Construction Advisory engagementsacross the region. This role blends Client Delivery, Business Development, and Practice leadership.What You'll DoEnd to end delivery of advisory and assurance assignments with regional clientsProvide expert guidance on project management, cost controls, budgeting, contract administration, QA/QC and overall project performance.Build strong client relationships; act as their trusted go-to advisor.Support proposal development and executive-level presentations (CXO, Board, Audit Committees).Manage multiple engagements independently while ensuring high-quality delivery.Grow market presence through networking and industry participation.> ELIGIBILITY: What We're Looking ForA. MANDATORY (Screening) Requirements:10+ years in Capital Projects Advisory , ideally with Big 4 or top-tier consulting experience .Qatar regional Experience with a strong local/regional community network and being an active member of trade and professional associations.Diverse sectors experience : including Rail Transport Real Estate, Contracting, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas and industrial projects.Strong regional network and credibility within professional communities.Strong command of QC/QA, Project controls, Technical Audit (Capital projects) , Dispute Resolution, Risk management, Procurement, and Construction delivery.Arabic Language Proficiency, in addition to English.Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills .B. HIGHLY PREFERRED (Good to have) Requirements:Business Development experience in the desired sectors.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with relevant discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Construction etc.) or Architecture. AND/ OR Master's in Business Administration (Finance, Strategy, Operations, and General Management).Exposure to digital project management tools and PMO/BPI initiatives.C. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.High energy, excellent time-management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfortable in high-pressure environments; enjoys travel and stakeholder engagement.If you qualify on the above, please apply immediately.
