Key Responsibilities of an F&B Supervisor

  1. Operations Management

  2. Supervise daily F&B operations (restaurant, bar, room service, banquets).

  3. Ensure proper setup, service, and cleanliness of dining areas.

  4. Monitor service quality and presentation standards.

  5. Staff Supervision

  6. Schedule and assign duties to F&B team members.

  7. Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.

  8. Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth teamwork and service.

  9. Customer Service

  10. Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.

  11. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

  12. Gather feedback to improve service.

  13. Inventory and Stock Control

  14. Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.

  15. Place orders and coordinate with suppliers when needed.

  16. Minimize waste and control costs.

  17. Compliance and Safety

  18. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

  19. Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleanliness standards.

  20. Ensure all staff follow company policies and procedures.

  21. Reporting and Documentation

  22. Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.

  23. Assist with budgeting and cost control.
  24. Maintain logs and checklists for quality control.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • Knowledge of F&B operations and standards
  • Time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software
  • High level of cleanliness and attention to detail
  • With valid QID and transferable VISA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2, QAR3,000.00 per month
