The role requires technical expertise in handling electricalsystems, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintainingoperational safety and efficiency.Job Role& Responsibilities:· Carry out electrical maintenance,troubleshooting, and repair of plant and machinery equipment.· Install, inspect, and maintain electricalwiring, control systems, and fixtures.· Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensureuninterrupted operation of machinery.· Diagnose faults and replace faulty electricalcomponents in motors, panels, and circuits.· Read and interpret electrical drawings,schematics, and technical manuals.· Ensure compliance with safety standards andcompany maintenance procedures.· Monitor machine performance and coordinate withsupervisors to plan maintenance schedules.· Maintain maintenance records and daily reportsaccurately.· Adhere strictly to health, safety, andenvironmental (HSE) policies at all times.· Support electrical installation andcommissioning work as required. RequirementsQualifications& Experience:· Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical orrelated technical field.· Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of experience inplant and machinery electrical maintenance (P&M) within industrial orshipyard sectors.· Gulf experience preferred.· Must have experience working with heavyindustrial machines and electrical systems.RequiredSkills:· Strong knowledge of electrical systems used inplant and machinery operations.· Expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, andinstallation of electrical components.· Familiarity with motors, control panels, PLCsystems, and power distribution.· Ability to work independently and underpressure.· Understanding of industrial safety standards andsafe work practices.· Good communication and teamwork skills.· Basic English communication required; Arabic isan advantage.  Benefits·  Accommodation: Provided by thecompany.· Food:Provided by the company.· Transportation:Provided by the company.· Medicalinsurance as per Qatar labor law.· Annualleave and end -of -service benefits as per company policy.· Professional,safe, and growth -oriented work environment.
